Brain
A persistent knowledge base that lives in a Git repo, powered by Claude Code. Drop in meeting transcripts, research, competitive observations, and working thoughts. Get structured, searchable context that carries across sessions.
Came from running many workstreams at once and losing context constantly. Meeting notes lived in Notion, decisions lived in Slack threads, competitive research lived in random docs. By the time you needed something from two weeks ago, you couldn't find it.
Brain is a single repo where Claude processes everything you drop in, routes it to the right domain, extracts decisions and open questions, and keeps a living state file for each workstream. Every session picks up where the last one left off.
The whole thing is just markdown files and a claude.md that teaches Claude how to think with you. No database, no app, no dependencies. Git handles versioning and sync. Notion MCP pulls in meeting transcripts automatically.
